		<description>Gee, I never thought of that and probably wouldn&#039;t recommend it.  With the ale styles I&#039;ve been making lately the ferment is peaking on day 3 and adding anything wouldn&#039;t be a good idea.  I add honey at the end of the boil when I&#039;m adding flavor hops, it dissolves easily and doesn&#039;t get cooked.</description>

when you use honey in beermaking, can you also add it a week or more into the fermentation or just at the outset or after day 2 or 3?
